Prohibition of Discrimination
Texas State University is committed to freedom of inquiry and discussion as basic and essential to intellectual development provided such freedoms are exercised in a manner that does not unlawfully derogate the rights of others or interfere with the academic programs and administrative processes of Texas State University. Here at the Office of Equal Opportunity and Title IX, located at Elliott Hall A, 3rd Floor, alleged instances of discrimination and sexual harassment are reported, responded to, and if necessary investigate.
If you are an individual who has submitted a request for dialogue, NOT a complaint of discrimination, and you are not satisfied with the results of any action taken in response, you may also reach out to the office of Equal Opportunity and Title IX at EqualOpportunity@txstate.edu in order to investigate such incidences.
